How long does delivery take?
Most personalised pieces are made to order. After you approve the proof, we usually make the item within 3–5 working days, then shipping takes about another 3–5 working days across the UK. Complex or bulk branding jobs can take longer — we confirm timing on your order before production starts.
Where do you ship?
We are based in Motherwell, Scotland, and ship across the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available depending on the item and destination — contact us with your address and we will confirm options, timing and any customs notes before you pay.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your basket and delivery address. Rates and any free-delivery threshold (if offered) are shown before you complete payment — nothing is charged until you confirm the order.
Proof before we pack
Custom and personalised orders include a visual proof. We do not start production — or dispatch — until you have approved it. That keeps names, dates and artwork correct before the parcel leaves the workshop.
Packing & tracking
Orders are packed in the workshop to protect glass, print and engraved finishes. When a tracking number is available for your courier, we share it by email so you can follow the parcel to your door.
Damaged or missing parcels
If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or personalised incorrectly by us, contact us as soon as you can with photos of the item and packaging. We will put it right under our Refunds & Returns policy.
