Yes — we provide proofs for all custom orders so you can review and approve your item before production and shipping.

Production time depends on the item and how complex the personalisation is. As a general estimate: once you approve the proof, custom items typically take X working days for production before dispatch (you can set the specific number based on your workflow). Shipping times will then depend on your chosen delivery option.

Yes — we are based in Motherwell, Scotland, but we are happy to ship across the UK (and potentially internationally — you may wish to specify in your policy whether you ship abroad, duties/customs, etc).

Because most of our items are personalised and made to order, we only accept returns or refunds if the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or the personalisation was done incorrectly by us. If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt and send photos if necessary.
