For a made-to-order piece, use Custom Order and send a brief. For shop items with personalisation options, choose the product, add your details (names, dates, colours, artwork), then checkout. We will confirm anything unclear before production.
Yes. Custom orders include a proof for you to review and approve before we produce and ship.
Timing depends on the item and how complex the personalisation is. After you approve the proof, most custom pieces are made within a few working days before dispatch — we confirm the expected timing on your order.
