Sometimes the best ideas don’t come from a grand plan—they come from a simple conversation.

Recently, I was chatting with the owner of a newly opened local coffee shop, and she shared something that really stuck with me. She had a clear vision for her brand—window decals, signage, branded polo shirts—but like many small businesses just starting out, the costs were holding her back. That feeling of wanting to present your business professionally, but having to prioritise every penny, is something I understand all too well.

So we made a deal. I offered to create some custom pieces for her—UV printed signage, DTF branded polos, and window decals—in exchange for honest feedback and a chance to use her shop as a reference for my work.

That one conversation sparked something bigger.

Now I’m exploring a whole new direction: helping local businesses build their identity through affordable, high-quality branded goods. It feels different from what I’ve done before—more collaborative, more connected to the community.

There’s something really exciting about being part of someone else’s beginning. If I can help even a few small businesses feel more confident in how they present themselves, then this feels like a path worth pursuing.
